14 The wrath of a king
is as messengers of death: but a wise man will pacify it.

There is someone always meant to be over your life, if it
happens to be that you are above all authority, you have GOD who is over you.
There are instances the one in authority in charge can be
angry, over certain things, the best things to do is to deal with, help pacify
it. You can only do this if GOD has given you the authority to do so.
11 And Moses besought
the Lord his God, and said, Lord, why doth thy wrath wax hot
against thy people, which thou hast brought forth out of the land of Egypt with
great power, and with a mighty hand?
14 And the Lord repented
of the evil which he thought to do unto his people.

The children of Israel got GOD angry several times, with
their unbelief, disobedience, and every act of rebellion against HIM, and He was
angry with them, and in some cases HE started to discipline them, and at a particular
time HE actually wanted to do away with them, Moses was always quick to
intercede and helped the Israelites from the wrath of GOD.
7 And when Phinehas,
the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, saw it, he rose up from among
the congregation, and took a javelin in his hand;
8 And he went after
the man of Israel into the tent, and thrust both of them through, the man of
Israel, and the woman through her belly. So the plague was stayed from the
children of Israel.
9 And those that
died in the plague were twenty and four thousand.
10 And the Lord
spake unto Moses, saying,
11 Phinehas, the son
of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, hath turned my wrath away from the
children of Israel, while he was zealous for my sake among them, that I
consumed not the children of Israel in my jealousy.
